SUMMARY:Pop-up Food Giveaways
DESCRIPTION:Food Is Free Washington holds Pop-up Food Giveaway events every Tuesday year round. We distribute fresh fruit and vegetables for free to those who need it\, as well as rice\, legumes (split peas\, dried beans)\, butter\, milk\, and cheese. No ID or application required\, no one turned away as long as supplies last. \nLimits apply to each kind of item\, so keep an eye out for the signs or ask a volunteer if you’re not sure. \nWe provide the food for these giveaways in partnership with Feeding Feasible Feasts\, a non-profit organization which serves We Feed Washington\, a program of the Washington State Department of Agriculture.. \nPlease do not block any neighbors driveways. You can park in the Hope Point Church parking lot. Giveaway takes place every Tuesday from 11 AM until the food has all been distributed.
