Food Is Free Washington relies on volunteer involvement for almost everything we do.

From picking up and delivering large amounts of food donations, to building, gardening and harvesting, to gleaning from farms and gardens, to anything and everything else involved in getting food to hungry people, we need your help to keep doing this important work.
